We collect the account, buyer, attendee, contact, order, and ticket check-in information needed to sell and deliver event tickets. Card details are handled securely by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
How we use it
We use this information to process purchases, deliver QR tickets, manage event entry, send essential event communications, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed for payments, email delivery, hosting, and event operations, or when required by law. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and legal obligations.
